CYCLONE SCRUBBERS

Tresca’s Multi Cyclone Scrubbers (MCS) are used to remove liquid and solids from gas streams and give high efficiency removal of coarse liquid droplets and liquid slugs.

Our MCS offer performance which in many cases cannot be achieved with a standard mesh pad or vane type separators. It can also significantly decrease vessel diameters thus reducing capital expenditure as well as maintenance costs.

The Tresca MCS is designed to provide optimal performance of entrainment separation at high gas capacities at pressures from 10 up to 200 bar.

Common Applications:

• Compressor suction and discharge scrubbers.
• Pipeline separators for removing pipe scale and liquids.
• Upstream bulk separation prior to filter-separators or fine coalescers.
• Power Station inlet gas scrubbers.
